1. Services & Scope of Work

Pixnary Studio is a premium freelancing and digital design-and-development studio. We offer services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile app development, customized software & dashboards, UI/UX design, branding, and automation workflow solutions.

All projects are initiated based on a mutually agreed project brief or proposal document, detailing deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Any additions or revisions to the scope of work after project kick-off may result in additional charges.

2. Client Responsibilities & Materials

To ensure successful project delivery, clients are expected to provide timely feedback, approvals, copy documents, media assets, API credentials, and other necessary materials. Pixnary Studio is not responsible for project delays caused by a client's failure to provide requested information or assets.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Upon full and final payment of all invoices related to a project:

• The client receives ownership and intellectual property rights of all custom design assets, source code, logos, and deliverables generated specifically for them.
• Pixnary Studio retains the right to display design mockups, screenshots, case studies, and live site links in our marketing materials, portfolios, and blogs to showcase our expertise.
• Any pre-existing tools, libraries, boilerplate codes, and frameworks used by Pixnary Studio remain our intellectual property.

4. Payment Terms & Milestones

We operate on structured payment schedules (typically a deposit prior to kick-off, followed by milestone payments). Invoices are payable upon receipt. Delay in milestone payments may result in halting the development and design pipeline.

Due to the digital and custom nature of our creative and technical services, all payments made are non-refundable after active development or design work has commenced.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Pixnary Studio builds digital systems and visuals using modern methodologies and industry standards. However, we do not warrant that third-party hosting, APIs, or custom platforms will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

Pixnary Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, profits, or data) arising from the use or inability to use deliverables.

6. Review & Revision Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the project proposal, clients are entitled to a set number of revision rounds (typically two rounds of minor edits) during the review phases. Major alterations to core architecture or concepts after approval will require a separate change request fee.

A non-refundable advance payment of 10–15% of the total project cost is required to initiate work.

All server hosting fees, domain registration/renewal costs, and third-party service subscriptions are charged separately and are not included in the project quote unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
